Doreine R. Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doreine R. Smith of Waterville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Doreine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Doreine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Jones and Ruth Humphrey Jones; her husband Edward J. Smith; her daughter Johanne O'Dell (Jody); and her great grandchild Rozlyn O'Dell.
She is survived by: her son Michael Rutledge of Cassville, NY; her grandchildren, Rachael Rutledge, Kaitlin Rutledge, Sara ODell and Audra O'Dell; her great grandchild Ava; and her sister Ellen Nolan of Arkansas.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Annunciation Church (7616 E South St, Clinton, NY 13323).
