He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Magadieu; his wife Gloria; his daughter Cynthia Magadieu; and his siblings, Evelyn Down, Katherine Murray, Helene Prentice and Robert Magadieu.
He is survived by: his parent Jessie Newhouse Magadieu; his children, Sandra Linck of Clinton, Sharon Tibbs, George Tibbs of Texas, Lisa Cheney, James Cheney of Cassville and Ronald Magadieu; and his daughter-in-law Naomi Magadieu. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, with special mention of Kayla Nicole and James Nathan, (aka "Bubby"); and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
