He is survived by: his father William Lynch Sr.; his daughter Shanna Lynch of Watertown; his siblings, Linda Lynch of Albany, Barbara Lynch-Sturtevant of Boonville, Ann Lynch-Greco of Mayfield, Simone Simpson of Watertown, Frederick Simpson Jr. of Watertown and Jimmy Lynch (Renee Van Camp); and his granddaughter Karlisa Clark of Watertown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
