He is survived by: his wife Mary Wheeler Burns Radley of Watertown, NY; his son Andrew Radley (Tina) of Central Square, NY; his grandsons, Garrett and Brandon; and his siblings, Joseph Radley of Williamsport, PA, Donna Grant (Larry) of Cape Vincent, NY, David Radley (Brenda) of Henderson, NY, Dawn Dana (Dick) of Albany, NY, Nancy Radley of Shelburne, VT, William Radley (Lisa) of Clifton Park, NY, James Radley (Diane) of Cape Vincent, NY and Marcia Gadway (Michael) of Poultney, VT. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
