He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard J. Tinney and Helen S. Shriver Tinney; his wife Julie A. Tinney; his stepchildren, Jessica L. Davidson Depauville (Nate Hamson), Tyler J. Fisk, Paige M. Kincheloe (Nathaniel Kincheloe) and Tucson of Arizona; and his daughters, Theresa Molle (Vince) of Georgia, Sherri Beswick (Bill) of Florida and Melissa Tinney Clayton. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's name may be made to the Clayton Volunteer Fire Department, 855 Graves Street or TIERS, PO Box 524 both in Clayton, NY 13624.
