He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bartelson and Frances Bartelson (Sheitz); and also Joan Ann Croteau. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Biondolillo; his children, Kristin Lacognato (Michael) of Granger, IN, Amy Rathbun (Christopher) of Watertown, NY and Matthew Bartelson of Syracuse, NY; his grandchildren, Maya Lacognato, Ty Lacognato, Benjamin Rathbun, Jack Rathbun and Ella Rathbun; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Biondolillo of Watertown, NY and Janet Augustus (Craig) of Watertown, NY. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
