It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stella E. Navarra (Watertown, New York), born in Massena, New York, who passed away on May 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Robare and Marion Dewitt Robare; her husband Dominick Navarra; her daughters, Frances Marie (Lawrence K. "Larry" Kenney), Yarmouth, Betty Jane (Robert H. "Skip" Maracle) and Watertown; her daughter-in-law Haruko Navarra (Chika) of Henrietta, NY; her son Joseph C. Navarra; and her brothers, Roy and Theodore Robare. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Stella's name may be made to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, 320 W. Lynde St., Watertown, NY 13601.
