He is survived by: his parents, Ernest J. Forkell and Donna L. Forkell Sr. (Sweet); his close friend Barbara A. Kiblin of Watertown, NY; his stepdaughters, Sandra Kiblin of Copenhagen, NY and Jennifer Reed of Watertown, NY; his stepgrandchildren, Austin, Justin, Jennifer, Jasonna, Neveah, Jason, Peyton, Jordan, Hunter and Sophia; and his siblings, William Forkell II (Diane), Ernest Forkell Jr. (Elva), Robert Forkell, Lillian Tefft (Larry), Clayton, Patrick (Valynda) and Marie Monica (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
