He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold R. Mitchell, and Katherine Kiblin Mitchell, Sr.; his brother Harold R. Mitchell, Jr.; his nephews, Richard, James and Charles Mitchell; and his niece Kaitlyn Mitchell.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carpenter-Stoodley, Inc. (7883 NY-289, Belleville, NY 13611). A memorial service was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
