He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Ann. He is survived by: his wife Fern L. Walter; his children, Robert Semione (Alice), Virginia "Ginny" Frattali (Bud), Richard Semione (Kathleen) and Christopher Semione (Melissa); and his brothers, Louis Semione (Anna) of Schenectady and David Semione (Renae) of Schenectady. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
