He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Swank and Pauline Swank (Guinn); his former wife Jo Ann Wagner; his daughters, Jennifer Louise and Jenna Marie Swank; and his siblings, Edward Swank, Delores Beasterfield and Edith Schlief.
He is survived by: his wife Jill L. Swank of Watertown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
