He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Howard and Dolly Howard (Jones); and his brother Howie Howard. He is survived by: his children, Dominique Gagne (Chrystal) of Watertown, Elijah Howard (Jecinda) of Watertown, Tyler Larmon of Castorland, Damian Howard of Watertown and Jordan Howard of Kentucky; his siblings, Betty McCall of North Carolina and Jonathon Howard of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Hailey, Audrianna, Ivory, Juwan, Aidan, Marianna, Calianna, Ja'nayah, Laylah and Kayliana; and his close friend Henri "Drey" Ramsey of Watertown.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
