He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Locy and Elizabeth Locy (Burke); his brothers, Carl and Leon Locy; and his sons, Joseph Locy, Sr. and James Byington.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Locy (Cole); his siblings, Orlin Locy (Pat) and Anne Davis; and his children, Cathy Taylor (Paul), Robert Locy (Suzy), Paul Locy, Jr. Locy (Debbie), Lisa Locy, David Locy (Laura), Christina Harris (Kevin) and Tara Cole (Jason Widrick). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Paul's memory may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County.
