With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul F. Bell of Watertown, New York, born in Norfolk, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bell and Verdie Bell (Cody); his stepdaughter Nicki Johnston; and his siblings, Mary Oswalt, Anna Mae Sorey, Hazel Sermons, Dora Long, Billy Bell, Bobby Bell and Charles Bell, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Bell; his children, Jennifer A. Bell (Tyler Grill) of Watertown, NY and Christopher P. Bell (Chrystal) of Colorado Springs, CO; his stepdaughter Kristen Hunter (Timothy) of Rodman, NY; his grandchildren, Myia Grill, Jace and Chamille; and his stepgrandchildren, Nickaela LaJoie, Natalie and Kennedy Hunter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
