He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Smith and Mary Smith; his brother Patrick Smith of Watertown; and his wife June Smith (Bochanowicz). He is survived by: his sons, Michael Thomas Smith II of Watertown and Patrick Smith of Watertown; his grandchildren, Zachary Michael Smith of Pulaski and Kayla Marie Smith of Mannsville; and his great grandchild Elizabeth Marie Smith of Richland.
