He was predeceased by: his father Michael Frederick. He is survived by: his mother Rose Ann Lowe (Gonzales) of Watertown; his daughter Julianna Lowe of Watertown; his close friend Susan Didas of Watertown; his sister Margo Lowe of Watertown; his nieces and nephews, Shane, Jaxx Lowe, Melody Law and Neveah Atchinson; his great-nephew Hunter Hubbard; and his great-niece Betty Hubbard.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
