He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Conklin and Irene Conklin (Roshia). He is survived by: his children, Amber Gooshaw (Adam) and Matthew J. II; his wife Deborah; his grandchildren, Peyton, Juliet, Teagan, Patrick, Ashlyn, Jace and Wyatt; his brother Patrick; his sister-in-law Diane of Canandaigua, NY; and his brothers, Butch and Mitch.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601).
