He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke B. Mallan, and Anna Mallan, Sr. (McCormick); and his daughter Mary Christine Mallan. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine A. Baker of Mary's Cathedral; his children, Kathleen A. Sabel (Paul), Colleen M. Mentry, James T. Mallan (Laura), Maureen C. Lafferty (Patrick) of Greenwich Village, CT and Frances R. Sausville (Chris); and his sister Patricia Penhallow of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
