She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fayette and Patricia Fayette. She is survived by: her son Michael Farrell; her grandchild Chase; her daughter Kelly Rich; her grandchildren, Danielle of Ohio, Ciara of Ohio and Kelsey Jo Rich of Ohio; her close friend Fred Pioch; and her friends, Betty Jo Meade and Billie Ward.
