She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Collins and Louise Collins; her husband Kenneth Booth; her brothers, Lance and Larry Collins; and her granddaughter Chelsey Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Samantha Stewart of Pulaski, Paul Booth of Watertown, Christopher Booth (Stephanie) of Central Square and Cheryl Rabetoy (Keith) of Adams Center; her stepsons, Kenneth Booth, Jr. (Nancy) of Pulaski, Jeffery Booth of North Carolina and Troy Booth (Lynn) of Parish; and her siblings, Sheila Clark of Sandy Creek, Debbie Collins of Sandy Creek and John Collins (Linda0). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
