He was predeceased by: his father Robert Plummer; and his grandson Kayden L. Foote. He is survived by: his mother Carol Plummer; his children, Zachary A. Foote, Jesse L Blackmore and Kaitlyn L Blackmore; his grandchildren, Carter J. Foote, Gianna K. Foote, Jayce M. Foote and Braedyn W. Bush; and his sisters, Tina Blackmore and Gina Deline.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
