She was predeceased by: her mother Jean A. Wallace (Cook); and her grandson Lyndon Talley. She is survived by: her father Joseph C. Wallace of Watertown; her husband Donald A. Parks, Jr. of Watertown; her children, Donald Parks III (Naomi) of Cortland, Christine Parks of Stuyvesant, NY, Jessica Ramirez (Jose) of Louisiana, Jeremy Parks (Toni Murray) of Watertown and Sarah Hoffert (Tyler) of Watertown; and her sister Patricia Kennedy (Cheryl) of Australia. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
