Miller of Staten Island, NY and Eileen Williams-Delsol; his stepfather Orosman Delsol; his daughter Jaliyah Miller of Watertown, NY; his siblings, Jerome Carter-Miller of Staten Island, NY and Hadassa Israel-Green (Lamont) of North Carolina; and his stepsisters, Martha Maria Delsol and Daimarys Delsol of Cuba.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cleveland Funeral Home - Watertown (404 Sherman St, Watertown, NY 13601).
