He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph E. Howland and Oleta Howland (Farrell); his wife Judith A. Grabek; his children, Lisa M. Lloyd (Russell) of Woodbridge, VA, Thomas S. Howland (Jerri) of Tall Timbers, MD and Lori L. McCusker of Acton, MA; his grandchildren, William, Benjamin, Bridget and Maeghan; and his siblings, Richard Howland (Sharon) of Liverpool, NY, Janet Netto and John Howland. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
