He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Iacovacci and Christina Iacovacci (Spina); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Y. Alvarado; his children, Maryellen Blevins (Randall D.) and Paul J. Iacovacci (Jennifer) of Plano, TX; and his sister Marsha Graziano. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
