He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Butler and Juliette L Butler (Brochu); and his sister Jacqueline Lansdale. He is survived by: his siblings, Joanne Anderson (Craig), Janet Carroll (Jack), Jim Butler (Sue Ellen) and Jane Lajza (John) of Gilbert, AZ.. He is also survived by Many nephews, nieces and cousins.
