He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Grappotte and Mary Grappotte (Mullen); his wife Jane Marie Beach of Patrick's Church; his daughters, Suzanne M. Grappotte and Sharon J. Grappotte; and his sisters, Janet Watkins, Marjorie Haley and Mary Agnes Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah A. Hoffere (Bruce E.), Joan E. Grappotte Carlo and George A. "Skip" Grappotte; and his grandchildren, G. Ross, Lorraine Grappotte, Janelle and Allison Martinez. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations in his name to the Suzanne M. Grappotte Memorial Scholarship at Immaculate Heart Central School, 1316 Ives St., Watertown, NY 13601.
