With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gay Wanda Phillips (Watertown, New York), who passed away on August 8, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Gay Wanda departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Gay Wanda. Though Gay Wanda may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Jefferson and Doris Mary Stitt (Tugman); her husband Gerald Phillips; and her brother David Stitt. She is survived by: her son Aaron Stitt.
