She was predeceased by: her parents, Cosmo DelSanto and Evelyn DelSanto (Wills); her husband Richard C LaBouf; and her brothers, Kenneth DelSanto, Thomas Jenkins and Philip Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly L. Wiesenberg of Henrietta, Timothy R. LaBouf of Wadsworth, Ohio, Jenny L. Fessler (Keith) of Pine Grove and Jamie L. LaBouf of Watertown; and her brother Carl DelSanto of Watertown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home (117 N Massey St, Watertown, NY 13601).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ethel's memory may be made to the First Baptist Church and Watertown Baptist Temple, Watertown, New York.
