She is survived by: her husband Peter Michalzuk; and her daughters, Julie Michalzuk of Watertown, Brenda (Lin Coleson) of Carmel, IN, Cindy Wentworth (Tim Crossway) of Adams Center and Mary (Jeremy Burr) of Mooresville, NC.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews.
