Fulkerson (Watertown, New York), born in Alexandria Bay, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Hunt and Joseph Pete (Tenos); her son Ricky Fulkerson; and her siblings, James Pete and Olivine Kelsey (Pete).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Megan Remington, Katelyn Remington Arata (Carlos), Travis Woodard (Kat), Rebecca Remington and Ashley Woodard (Dakota Shaffer); her great grandchildren, Sophia Nicholson and John Woodard; her husband Richard Fulkerson; her daughters, Linda Remington (Brad) and Lori Woodard (Toby); and her brother Tenos Pete. She is also survived by grandchildren above, and several nieces and nephews.
