He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Pennock and Irene Fields Pennock; his spouse Audrey June Baker; his brothers, Fred and Lynn; and his great grandchild Shelby Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Bennett (Earl) of Dexter, Charles Jr. (Virginia) of Mannsville and James (Trina) of Sackets Harbor. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
