He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Plummer and Lorette Plummer Sr. (Johnson); and his brothers, Steve and Francis Plummer Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra of Diane's Coffee Shop; his sons, Bernard Plummer Jr. of Watertown, NY and Christopher Plummer of Morristown, NY; his stepson Cory Martuzas of Watertown; his daughters, Kristen Biccum (Jim) of Seneca Falls, NY, Claire Ceresoli (Donnie) of Morristown, NY, Elizabeth Plummer of Morristown, NY and Cassi Plummer (Aron Prouty) of Evans Mills, NY; and his siblings, Larry Plummer of Florida, James Plummer (Linda) of Watertown, NY and Brenda Pacella of Pillar Point, NY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
