She is survived by: her husband Rodney Lowe; her children, Rodney Lowe Jr., Paul Lowe (Rhonda) and Rebecca Bunnell (Eric); and her siblings, Georgianna Huff of Florida, Kathy, Wayne Hubbard of Lowville, Sheila Rogers of Lowville, Mary Rogers of Glenfield, Earl Rogers of Brantingham and William Rogers (Billy) of Port Leyden. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
