She is survived by: her grandchildren, Javier Garcia (Marissa), Rafael Garcia (Kristen), Cristina Garcia and Julio Garcia (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Johnathan, Aubrey, Lillyann, Emelio, Denali, Mila and Serena; her sister Yvelisse Muñoz; her daughter Dr. Maritza Santana; and her nieces and nephews, Anabel, Camelia, Julito, Miguelangel, Adelita, Rhina, Xiomara and Alexander.
