The memory of Nancy I. Kelsey of Waterloo, New York, who passed away on October 10, 2024 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Stephens and Irene Stephens; her daughter Tammy LaGeorge; her husband Norman Kelsey; her son Tommy Martz; and her siblings, Chuck, Jack Stephens and Linda Keubler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Taggart of Georgia and Tracey Martz-Hoffman (David) of Geneva; her stepdaughters, Claudia Kelsey of Ottawa and Cheryl Kennedy (Danny) of Milton, FL; and her siblings, Bob, Don Stephens, Sue Jennings and Sally Maleski. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Covert Funeral Home (7199 Main St, Ovid, NY 14521). A graveside service was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Nys Veterans Cemetery (6632 NY-96A, Romulus, NY 14541).
