She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Paul and Sylvia Helen Deal Laube; her husband Gary G. Veeder; her granddaughter Jessica Lanza; and her stepchildren, Robert "Fritz" Veeder and Sally Bolin.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Lanza (Tania) of Buffalo, NY, Michelle Cieri (Erick) of Waterloo, NY and Lisa Lanza-Daughtery (Bruce) of Ten Mile, OR; her stepchildren, Gerald "Duce" Veeder of Interlaken, NY and Tanya Veeder of Seneca Falls, NY; her sister Marge Plate of Waterloo, NY; and her pet Maggie. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
