He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis R. Amidon and Mary Amidon (Durnin); and his sisters, Theresa Balliette, Mary Mansell and Kathleen Sutterby.
He is survived by: his siblings, Harvey (Rena), John of Canoga and Lorraine Bowen (Gary). He is also survived by his family as well as his many friends.
