He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole (Michael) of Tampa, FL and Christina (Marc) of Vail, AZ; his nephews, Mark Legott (Jennifer) of Waterloo, NY, Nick Legott (Christine) of Geneva, NY and Jason Legott of Colorado Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Ethan, Caroline, Aidann, Samantha, William and James Battaglini; and his great grandchild James.
