He was predeceased by: his parents, Carley, Sr. Rouse and Mary A. Putnam Rouse; his wife Carol A. Rouse; and his siblings, Donald, Eddie Rouse, Patty Rouse and Dorothy Tomkins.
He is survived by: his children, Carley Rouse (Loree) of Waterloo, NY and Sharon Ragaglia of Stokes, NC; his grandchildren, George "Buddy" Goff (Elizabeth), Jeffrey Goff (Melissa), Meghan Rouse (Kyle Young) and Morgen Rouse (Charlie Hyde); his great grandchildren, Preston Goff, Aubrey Goff, Braeden Hyde, Madilyn Goff, Hudson Goff, Aiden Rouse, Luke Young and Blaine Young; his brother Richard Rouse (Judy) of Waterloo; his brother-in-law Keith Tomkins of MacDougall; and his close friend Patricia Panek of Waterloo. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
