He was predeceased by: his siblings, John and Vickie; and his mother-in-law Orlinda Keach. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Keach; his children, Bert Jr. of Niagara Falls, John of Niagara Falls, Becky Jermy of Niagara Falls and Joann Jermy of Medina; his siblings, Tommy, BobbiJo Jermy of Niagara Falls and Kevin Jermy of North Tonawanda; and his stepdaughters, Victoria Orlinda and Terri Eve Mosher (Anthony Shenk). He is also survived by several grandchildren and a large extended family.
