She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ballard and Catherine Hebert Ballard; her son Robert Kinns Jr.; and her brother Warren Meder. She is survived by: her husband Richard P. Martel; her children, Harold Martel (Maryann) of Waterford and Rhonda Gironda (John) of Clifton Park; and her siblings, Esther Savoie (Joseph) of Waterford, Lawrence Ballard of Cohoes, Carl Ballard, Teresa Gibbs, Donna Bazar and Sandra Sawyer. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home (133 Broad St, Waterford, NY 12188). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM and at 11:30 AM.
