Shanks (Mark) of Averill Park, NY and Marshall Coulter (Beth) of Mechanicville, NY; his sibling Shaina M. Shanks of Averill Park, NY; his parents-in-law, William and Debra Welch of Cohoes, NY; his sister-in-law Brittany Welch (Shanna) of Cohoes, NY; his nieces and nephews, Christopher and Jaedyn; his grandmother Carol Sala of Cohoes, NY.; his friends, Justin (Linnea), Heffner of Mechanicville, NY and Jeffrey Streeter (Summer); and also, Levi, Gavin, Travis, Madelynne, Ashton and Zane. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and friends who he called brothers, along with their children.
