It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rose M. Kellogg of Waterford, New York, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carroll and Anna Cunningham Carroll; and her husband Francis Kellogg. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Rose Baker of Latham and Wendy Haskell of Colonie; her siblings, William Carroll of Crown Point and Helen Culnan of Broadalbin; and her grandchildren, Michael, Christopher Scanlon, Lauren and Ryan Rosenberger.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
