He was predeceased by: his parents, Barnet Gulotta and Angelina Gulotta (Romano); and his brother Joseph A. Gulotta of New Kensington, PA.. He is survived by: his children, Brian A. Gulotta of Green Island and Susan A. Perkins of Green Island; his grandsons, Anthony L. Perkins and Nicholas R. Perkins (Rebecca Hall); his great grandchild Holly M. Perkins; and his pet Callie.
