He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Robert and Mildred Martin Franklin; and his siblings, John Franklin and Beverly Lanteigne (Lonny). He is survived by: his wife Mary Fletcher Franklin; his children, Christine A. LeVan (Tim) of Troy, Paul T. Franklin Jr. (Riki) of Troy and James E. Franklin of Troy; his brothers, Robert Franklin (Nancy) of Troy, Arthur Franklin (Jean) of Burden Lake and William Franklin (late Bev) of Vermont; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Cole, Alicia, Emily Franklin, McKenzie Rider (Joseph) and Trevor LeVan.
