Franklin Jr. (Riki) of Troy and James E. Franklin of Troy; her siblings, Nancy Franklin (Robert), Walter Fletcher of Florida, Joan Mayo of Cohoes, Linda Carter of Kingston and Carol Fletcher of Florida; her grandchildren, Dakota, Cole, Alicia, Emily Franklin, McKenzie Rider (Joseph) and Trevor LeVan; and her great grandchild Gia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home (133 Broad St, Waterford, NY 12188). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
