He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Billings and Lois Brockway Billings; his aunt Flora E. King; his wife Lois Stover Billings; and his sister Peggy Flewelling (late Cy).
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer L. Duncan (Kermit Oakes) of Auburndale, FL, Kenneth J. Billings Jr. of Sharon Springs and Lisa A. Salisbury (Eric) of Fort Plain; and his siblings, Sheila Fish (Bill) of Queensbury, Beverly Fish (late Bruce) and Catherine Farrand (Dale) of Ft. Edward. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
