He is survived by: his children, Karen Rougia of Cohoes and Michael Rougia of Waterford; his stepson David White of Green Island; his siblings, Theresa Loya of Ballston Lake and Donald Rougia of Mechanicville; his grandchild Robbie Rougia; and his siblings-in-law, Bob, Maggie Jackson, Richard Loya, Michael and Antoinette Guenette.
