He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hartley and Rita Bellerose Hartley; his wife Gail Farrington Hartley; and his sibling Pat Finning. He is survived by: his children, Scott Hartley (Valerie Tucker) of Hensley, AR, Erich Hartley (Colleen) of Waterford, Jason Hartley (Marion) of Atlanta, GA and Johnna Apple (Andrew) of Waterford; and his siblings, Nancy Heffren of Green Island, Richard Hartley of Green Island and Michael Hartley of Halfmoon. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 1great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
